Role: Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Terms: Fulltime/Contract
Location: Remote/NY/NJ/GA/Washington, DC, WA
Required Skills:
Experience as a ServiceNow Development.
• Hands-on experience on ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integrations.
• Design new practices and patterns will be an added advantage.
• Finalize deployment architecture and solution design.
• Provide advice on alternative options, risks and the associated impact to the business and technical architecture.
• Strong understanding of both Functional and Technical knowledge of ServiceNow
• Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal.
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill.
• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, Script includes, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs.
• Working experience in Telecom domain.
• Design and implementation of complex flows and workflows in ServiceNow using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot flows to automate business processes across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications.
• Customize existing flows and workflows to meet changing business requirements.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using Flow Designer, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and IntegrationHub.
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
