Assembly Technician

Location: Maryville/Knoxville, TN

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Assembly Schedule: 3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. Monday - Thursday

4 Day Work Week!

Molding Schedule: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Job Description: We are seeking Assembly Technicians to contribute to our production processes. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our products, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. This position offers a great opportunity for those who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks as per standard operating procedures, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Operate various hand and power tools to assemble, adjust, and fasten components.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Report any issues, defects, or malfunctions to the supervisor or quality control team.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly processes, suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

Basic reading, math and reasoning skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and follow work schedule.
