• Pre-qualify and assess mortgage loan applicants by reviewing financials, credit history, and documentation
• Guide clients through the full loan process, from application to closing, delivering an exceptional client experience
• Recommend appropriate loan programs based on client goals and financial profiles
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations
• Build strong relationships with real estate agents and internal partners to support ongoing loan volume

Qualifications

Active NMLS License (required)
• Proven experience closing residential mortgage loans
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
• Passion for helping families achieve homeownership and growing your income
