Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a handson BI Architect to lead the implementation of Sigma on Snowflake and guide the migration from Tableau. This role will define BI architecture, build the semantic layer, and partner closely with Data Engineering and BI teams.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Sigma implementation: workspace setup, governance, certified datasets, best practices.
• Architect and deliver the BI semantic layer on Snowflake.
• Drive Tableau to Sigma migration
• Establish BI frameworks, standards, and governance.
• Collaborate with BI team to ensure scalable design and delivery.
• Provide handson support, review dashboards/queries, and guide technical decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong handson BI architecture background.
• 3+ years of experience with Snowflake (modeling, warehouses, performance).
• Sigma expertise (admin + development).
• Architecting snowflake business layer modeling according to best practices of sigma reporting platform.
• Tableau migration experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Coalesce or other Snowflakealigned ELT tools.
