divh2The Front Desk Lodge Host/h2pThe Front Desk Lodge Host is responsible for cultivating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for Lodge guests by providing world class customer service. Working as part of a team and independently, the Lodge Host creates a stress-free environment for guests and facilitators that visit the Lodge./ppThe Front Desk Lodge Host Duties/Responsibilities:/pulliWelcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone/liliAssist with guest check in and direct guests to the proper area upon arrival/liliEngage with guests to answer questions or assist with resolving any concerns/complaints./liliAssist guests with any last-minute requests or desires to make their visit more enjoyable./liliAnswers phone, emails, guest requests, referring inquiries to the appropriate team member as necessary/liliAssist with computer and copy/office services for guests./liliEnsure elements of the Lodge are ready before guests arrive./liliAssist team with AM guest needs./liliEnsure inventory of office supplies and update inventory sheet when inventory is completed/liliReceive packages deliveries and shipments and ensure they are delivered to the correct team./liliMaintains safety and security by following procedures, monitoring visitor/vendor log, issuing visitor badges and keys./liliBe well versed in Lodge property, local area, and main office./liliProvide live Monscierge and Canva assistance./liliEnsure Opera stays up to date by aiding the Cabin Coordinator and Events teams throughout the day/liliAssist Events Team with setup, day-of tasks and cleanup as needed./liliAM walk through at the beginning of shift of all common spaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next day./liliEnsure the Lodge is locked and TV/heaters/fireplace is off after events./liliPerform regular check of the restrooms and hand towels./liliAssist Guest Services teams with special projects, ordering and seasonal decor changes./liliActively participate in Guest Service Team meetings./liliAssist Guest Services team with all transportation needs./liliBooking vehicles, categorizing/updating the calendar accordingly based on each reservation/liliSending appropriate information to the individuals who have reserved our company vehicles and keeping track of all vehicle keys/liliAssisting with cleaning the two Lodge golf carts, ensuring the cleanliness of the golf carts before the end of day./liliAssist with transportation to and from the airport as needed./liliAssist the Guest Services Manager with gassing the vehicles as needed and the cleanliness of vehicles and golf carts./li/ulpThe Front Desk Lodge Host Qualifications:/pulliHighschool diploma or equivalent/lili1-3 years related experience required/liliGuest Service or in-person customer service experience/liliProblem-solving skills is a must/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills required/liliFriendly, welcoming, and professional disposition required/liliBasic phone and computer skills required/liliAbility to adapt to changing situations and/or requests to accommodate guests/liliDetail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments/liliAbility to remain calm under pressure/liliAbility to work with minimal direction/liliSelf-starter/liliTeam player/li/ulpThe Front Desk Lodge Host Physical Demands:/pulliMust be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc./liliAbility to lift 20+lbs/liliMust be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.
