Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the flow of service, ensuring a focus on safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with operational support tasks such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
• Take part in interviewing candidates and enhancing employee relations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Food Safety Certification as per local requirements.
• Strong problem-solving acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
