Job Title: Technical Lead II / Product Owner (SAFe Agile)

Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead II / Product Owner to support the delivery of software. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, guiding a dedicated Agile development team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions that directly impact patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the software development team
• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize work to align business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery
• Review and accept deliverables based on defined specifications
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within a SAFe Agile team

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and software delivery best practices
• Proven ability to guide technical teams and manage complex initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience working as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment
• Background in software architecture, technical design, or project management
