Stellar Senior Living is looking for a reliable, fun and outgoing Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team at a large senior living community. The Life Enrichment Assistants is responsible for facilitating the planned activities in a retirement community for both assisted living and memory care units. This includes everything from leading exercise classes and sing-alongs to brain-boosting activities, sports, art classes, and reading.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this community
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated
• Involve the resident/family in planning activity programs when possible

What You'll Need to Bring

• Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter
• Possession of a Food Handler's Permit
• Able to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chairs on a regular basis
