Job description: As a Data Architect and Sr. CRM Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for defining the data requirements and structure for the application.
You will model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration.
In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Sales Cloud is required.
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Consumer Goods Cloud, Advanced proficiency in Data Access, Expert proficiency in Data Architecture Principles, and Master proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Studio are recommended.
Develop innovative dashboards, data models and designs for the application
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data requirements are met
Implement data integration strategies and solutions
Provide guidance and support to team members on data-related matters
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture

Industry experience needed:
We are seeking a senior engineer who excels in client interactions and is capable of independently leading conversations.
They should also possess expertise in designing and implementing CRMA dashboards using appropriate architectural and design principles.
