Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer - Health Cloud
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Remote)
Availability: Must be available to start within two weeks
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Health Cloud and hands-on development experience across Salesforce core technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform's advanced capabilities, particularly within the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Aura Components, and Flows.
• Implement and optimize the Health Cloud data model, including patient records, care plans, provider data, and other healthcare-specific objects.
• Build and enhance Experience Cloud sites with strong understanding of user experience and component development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, data integrity, automation, and UI performance.
• Participate in code reviews, release planning, and environment management to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, seasonal releases, and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Available to start within two weeks
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including complete understanding of the Health Cloud Data Model
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud and Lightning Aura Components
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Orchestration preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• HTML/CSS experience on Experience Cloud portals
• Experience with Salesforce Scheduler / Intelligent Appointment Management
• Knowledge of Platform Events and event-driven architecture
• Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing)
• Familiarity with Prompt Builder and generative AI Salesforce tools
• Experience with Agentforce
• Omnistudio (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
• Experience with Discovery/Assessment Frameworks
• CI/CD setup using tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Copado, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, OmniStudio Developer, etc.)
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA familiarity beneficial)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
