Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Audubon, PA (Hybrid)

Summary: The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting our client's accounting function. Specifically, the Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining general accounting functions related to billings and supporting cash, account receivable and accounts payable.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in the maintenance of the billing module in SAP as it relates to billing, including: creation of projects in SAP, creation of SAP quotations for new projects and project changes.
• Support the issuance of monthly bills to service developers, including gathering supporting documentation.
• As applicable, become a backup for month-end processes within the Controller Department.

• BS, Accounting or BS, Finance.
• 0-5 years of experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel).
• Preferred: Experience with SAP.
