Job description:
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Pharmacy Services Call Centre, the Pharmacy Call Centre Technician is responsible for providing knowledgeable and courteous customer assistance and response to members, providers and Pharmacy Call Centre Technician inquiries.
Skills:
2 years Pharmacy Technician experience in a Specialty Pharmacy Required.
Minimum 35 wpm typing
State or National Pharmacy Technician Certification not required
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
