We are actively seeking Water & Wastewater Project Manager in our State College, PA office. As a Water & Wastewater Project Manager with HRG, you will be responsible for:

• Project Management: Lead and manage environmental water and wastewater projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget
• Design, Reports, and Engineering: Prepare detailed designs, engineering calculations, and reports for water and
• Construction Contracts & Administration: Develop contract documents, specifications, and cost opinions for project bidding
• Business Development & Client Relationships:
  • Assist in proposal preparation, estimating time, cost, and resources required to complete projects
  • Participate in business development efforts and client presentations to secure new project opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
• Pennsylvania P.E. licensure
• 5+ years of project experience involving:
  • Design of water distribution and treatment systems
  • Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes
  • Hydraulics
  • Environmental assessments
• Minimum 1+ years project management experience
• Ability to provide timely project deliverables
• Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
• Previous experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is helpful
• Previous experience with:
  • Computer modeling of water systems
  • Hydraulic design software
  • PA DEP regulations
• Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc.
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
• Valid US Driver's License is required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
