Aspire Capital is a licensed insurance and financial services firm offering a pre-licensing trainee role for individuals interested in entering the insurance and financial services industry.
This position is focused on training, education, and licensing preparation. Trainees participate in a self-paced, fully remote training program designed to introduce insurance fundamentals, financial education concepts, and regulatory requirements. No insurance sales or regulated financial activities occur prior to obtaining the required license(s), as mandated by law.
Compensation is commission-based and becomes available only after required licensure and authorization, in accordance with applicable regulations. This position does not guarantee licensure, income, or future authorization to conduct insurance sales.
Role Responsibilities (Training & Pre-Licensing Focus)
- Complete self-paced training modules covering insurance fundamentals
- Learn financial education concepts related to budgeting, risk management, and long-term planning
- Study state insurance regulations, compliance standards, and ethical requirements
- Prepare for the state Life Insurance licensing examination
- Learn insurance application, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Observe licensed insurance agents and financial services professionals to understand compliant practices
No insurance sales, investment recommendations, or client solicitation occur prior to proper licensure.Training & Licensing Information - No prior insurance or financial services experience required
- Training is fully remote and self-paced

- A state-issued Life Insurance license is legally required before conducting insurance sales

Compensation
- Commission-based compensation after licensure only

Responsibilities • Consult with prospective clients regarding insurance needs
• Explain insurance products and coverage options in compliance with state regulations
• Complete insurance applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate client records
• Comply with all state insurance laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Maintain active licensure and required continuing education
• Candidates without an active license must be willing and eligible to obtain one prior to conducting insurance activities
• Licensing guidance and support are provided
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses
Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age
