The Role
You'll be joining our Sales team at the center of BTC Inc.'s B2B go-to-market engine, where partners across Events, Media, and BFC rely on accurate pipeline data, clear processes, and actionable insights to move fast and win. We're seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who will serve as the systems-and-insights backbone for Sales, owning the day-to-day health of HubSpot and connected tools, turning data into clear, actionable insights for leadership, and guiding small-to-mid-size projects from ideation through adoption. By pairing meticulous execution with business-first thinking, you'll work alongside the Director of Revenue Operations and SDR leadership to drive strategy and unlock scale through clean data, reliable reporting, and process optimization.
