The Inventory Specialist position consists of purchasing all:
Food and beverage items for the restaurant.
Stocking and proper rotation of goods. (FIFO)
Tracking of all inventory items.
Submitting proper credits for damaged goods.
Reviewing inventory extension reports.
Following through with proper inventory systems to ensure accurate end of month counting.
Communications with FOH & BOH directors with new incoming menu items.
Validation of expiration dates and proper labeling.
