About Via Elegante & The Role
Via Elegante Assisted Living and Memory Care is the premiere provider of Assisted Living and Memory Care services in Southern Arizona. Family owned and operated since 2003, we are a growing company comprised of professionals who enjoy working in a supportive challenging environment. We are looking to hire a Housekeeper with at least 2 years of housekeeping experience.
As housekeeper, you will be responsible to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our properties. Under the direction of the lead housekeeper, you will travel from community to community throughout each week cleaning both resident rooms and common areas.
This position is an ideal fit for someone who has previous experience in housekeeping or who has worked in a commercial, healthcare, or hospitality setting before. Responsibilities
· Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
· Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering clean linens.
· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry materials and notify management of any shortages.
· Assist with the setup and maintenance of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
· Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
· Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or laundry services from resident, staff, and family members.
· Uphold safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
· Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
