Nail Technician

A Nail Technician is responsible for delivery of exceptional nail and hair services. This position will undergo a focused training program that is flexible to progress at the pace of each ideal candidate based on their skillset, experience and process. Must possess a current and valid Arizona Nail Technician License to be considered for the position. If you are planning to relocate the state and hold a current and valid license in another state, please make a note of that in your application, we may be willing to financially reimburse the ideal candidate new to Arizona licensure for their license transfer fees.

Qualifications: The ideal Nail Technician will have the instinct to exude the following:

• Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment, indicators in treatment and contraindications.

• Solutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Time management awareness and adherence to work schedules.
• Organizational skills.
• High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
• Must display appropriate social skills and congeniality necessary to make guests and colleagues feel comfortable and welcome.
• Requirement to provide a specific list of Miraval brand standard treatment protocols and modalities.

Education and/or Experience: Must possess a current and valid Arizona Nail Technician License to be considered for this position. If you are planning to relocate to Arizona and hold a current and valid license in another state. Financial reimbursement of license transfer fees will be considered for the ideal candidate.
