The Standard Missile portfolio is seeking a Manager, Material Program Manager (MPM), to support development contracts within the Naval Standard Missile Systems Production (NSMS) Development portfolio of Naval Power. This role is located onsite at our Tucson, Arizona location. In this role you will be responsible for the execution of NSMS development programs that are critical to supporting the warfighter's mission.
This position is contingent upon a contract award. Employment in this role will only be extended if the program is awarded to the Naval Standard Missile Systems portfolio.
In this role, you will apply your existing knowledge of Supply Chain, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. This role requires advanced/applied knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) processes, subcontract management, project management, financial forecasting, Estimates at Complete (EAC) as well as Earned Value (EV). You will lead a team of 2 - 3 MPMs in support of executing these tasks with the potential to grow with additional scope. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills to be able to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one's own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
