We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data entry, order processing, and interpreting technical drawings, particularly within the glass or architectural materials industry. You will play a key role in accurately entering and maintaining order details to ensure smooth production and deliverywithout direct customer contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders accurately based on client and project specifications.
• Review and interpret shop drawings to confirm order details.
• Utilize Excel and CAD software to validate measurements and product information.
• Record and track delivery dates, locations, and special requests.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure production accuracy and deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of all orders and revisions.
