This role will be responsible for invoicing clients through CCH ProSystem Practice Management, posting cash collections to open receivables, following up with clients on open receivables, and interfacing with clients directly when questions arise regarding invoices. This role is expected to be in the office regularly and will work directly with the leadership team at the firm on the preparation, review, and posting of invoices./ph3Position Responsibilities/h3pCore duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:/pulliPrepare WIP (work in progress) reports, create and send invoices/liliReview and edit pre-bills based on Partners requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness/liliResolve billing or payment discrepancies and respond timely to client inquiries/liliPrepare deposits and accurately apply client (checks, credit cards ACH) payments/liliAR collection processes: monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices/liliAccurately record billing and collection notes/liliGenerate and analyze monthly time and billing reports and communicate results/liliProcess and post payments from clients efficiently./liliConsistently maintain client databases/liliPerform other related duties and special projects as assigned/liliAssist clients in understanding their statements/li/ulh3Education and Work Experience:/h3ulliAssociates degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience/li/ulh3Skills and Knowledge:/h3ulli3-5 years of relevant billing experience in a professional services environment/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliStrong organizational and time management skills/liliEnthusiastic sense of responsibility, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail/liliAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel/liliWillingness to take initiative and follow through on projects/li/ulpThis position operates as part of a US Southwest-based team, with typical working hours aligning with Mountain Standard Time (MST) to facilitate effective collaboration.
