As a Raytheon Digital Technology Program Digital Services (PDS) Systems Administration Manager, you will collaborate and partner with many cross-sections of Digital, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Program Leadership partners, in support of the Air Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit./ppIn this role as System Administration Manager, this leader will be responsible for leading a team consisting of approximately nine systems administrators to enable program execution across multiple security domains, which include engineering labs and factories. The leader will establish a vision, set direction, develop, and motivate high-performing technical professionals to deliver business value and results. The leader will partner across Digital and other RTX functions to drive new technology insertion, sustainment direction, and support programs through the entire lifecycle.
