As a Raytheon Digital Technology Program Digital Services (PDS) Systems Administration Manager, you will collaborate and partner with many cross-sections of Digital, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Program Leadership partners, in support of the Air Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit./ppIn this role as System Administration Manager, this leader will be responsible for leading a team consisting of approximately nine systems administrators to enable program execution across multiple security domains, which include engineering labs and factories. The leader will establish a vision, set direction, develop, and motivate high-performing technical professionals to deliver business value and results. The leader will partner across Digital and other RTX functions to drive new technology insertion, sustainment direction, and support programs through the entire lifecycle. The leader will have responsibility for all aspects of people management including hiring, staff development, training, technical direction and performance appraisals./ppWhat You Will Do:/pulliDevelop and lead a high-performing team aligned with our Raytheon vision, strategy, values, and behaviors./liliPartner closely with peer groups to enable flawless Digital service delivery, and technology insertion / evolution./liliAssign and monitor projects and tasks./liliManage and record employee performance./liliCreate and submit periodic status reports and accomplishments to the next level of leadership./liliAdminister reporting, training, recruiting, orientation, and onboarding of new employees./liliManage annual operating plan (AOP) for the teams Digital scope./liliExperience with workforce planning and resource management./liliThis position will require onsite work presence but will allow for some work from home opportunities./liliUp to 10% of travel/lili100% onsite position/li/ulpQualifications You Must Have:/pulliTypically requires a bachelors degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience./liliMust have active and transferrable final U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance./liliExperience with IT System Administration duties/liliExperience managing, supervising, or leading a team./li/ulpQualifications We Prefer:/pulliKnowledge of DFARs, CMMC, RMF, DAAPM, and JSIG requirements and controls./liliApplicants with non-STEM degrees will be considered if the individuals have relevant technical and leadership experience./liliExperience with workforce planning and resource management is highly valued./liliDemonstrated ability to partner engagements with program stakeholders, external DoD customers, and overall relationship excellence./liliTechnical Acumen - Possess a foundational understanding of the technologies within the Digital space, and keen knowledge of at least one functional partner (Engineering, Operations) area working practices. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
