divh2Construction Quality Assurance Manager/h2pPosition will work as primary contact for all quality issues for job site while coordinating inspections, supervising contractors, and creating daily reports. Compensation Benefits: Estimated starting salary range for Construction Quality Control Manager: $120K-$140K pay commensurate with experience. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice./ppConstruction Quality Control Manager responsibilities include:/pulliPrimary point of contact for quality issues on the job site./liliField supervision of contractors./liliCoordination of inspections./liliCreating, collecting, and completing daily reports./liliCommunication with clients./liliSet an example on-site regarding quality and safety policies and project specific procedures./liliPerforms other job-related duties as assigned./li/ulpConstruction Quality Control Manager experience, education, skills, abilities requested:/pulliDegree in a construction related field preferred./lili8 years of experience with a related degree or 12 years applicable experience in federal government construction, including experience in a leadership role as a Quality Control Officer/Specialist./liliSecret Security Clearance Required./liliAbility to pass all required background and security clearance checks./liliWorking knowledge of performing quality control activities on multiple projects concurrently./liliCQM Certification preferred./liliOSHA Safety training, (30 hour) - Required./liliMust possess a valid drivers license./liliReliable transportation./liliComply with company Motor Vehicle Policy./liliAble to present professional image at all times./liliSelf-motivated and independent worker./liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail./liliComputer skills (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel) a MUST./liliAbility to communicate directly with the Fed Gov Quality POC./liliKnowledge in construction methods and materials./liliKnowledge of all construction divisions 1-48./liliAbility to read blueprints and providing applicable edits./liliKnowledge of Fed Gov/DOD Quality Reporting Systems (QCS/RMS)./liliHands on attitude that will require some field work./liliMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal./li/ulpCompany Information: Cherokee Nation Environmental Solutions (CNES) provides support, services, and solutions to federal and commercial customers.
