What You'll Do
- Transform inquiries into tours - and tours into leases
- Build trusted relationships with prospects and residents
- Showcase apartment features, amenities, and the lifestyle our community offers
- Support marketing efforts, outreach, renewals, and resident satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance practices, and CRM entries
- Represent Cantera Apartments with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride
- A sales-driven personality with strong people skills
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping prospects find their home
- A team player who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- A proactive professional who hits goals and stays organized
- Flexible availability (including weekends & occasional evenings)
- High School diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license & current auto insurance
