Description:

An established aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to provide site-level procurement leadership and drive operational excellence across sourcing, inventory, supplier performance, and cost management. This role is a key member of the site leadership team and oversees a team of procurement professionals supporting complex manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site-wide procurement and materials strategy, aligning sourcing, inventory, and supplier performance with operational, cost, and delivery objectives
  • Drive inventory optimization, SIOP execution, and material flow to support production schedules and business targets
  • Own supplier strategy including sourcing, contract negotiations, risk management, performance scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team while ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related analytical field; advanced or technical focus strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership experience within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, lean principles, and inventory programs (kanban, consignment, MPS/SIOP)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage change
Location: Oro Valley / Tucson, AZ - Onsite M-F (1/2 days Friday)

Salary: $130-150K base + 12.5 % target bonus
