We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure timely access to records.

Retrieve and distribute documents as requested by team members or departments.

Perform regular audits of filing systems to keep records updated and accurate.

Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in transitioning data and files to new systems, ensuring accuracy throughout the process.

Maintain an inventory of office supplies required for filing and document management.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline file-sharing and record-keeping processes.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements for document storage.

Prepare reports and summaries based on file data as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in file management or a related administrative role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.

Proficiency in using digital tools, including Apex Data Loader and other file management systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic knowledge of compliance standards related to record keeping.

Ability to adapt to new systems and processes as needed.
