Assigned to a Middle school and High school campus as needed to provide for safety and security of students, staff and community by patrolling buildings and grounds both during school hours as well as before and after school. TASKS: Reports illegal activities, unsafe conditions or problems with security to the principal or designee. Perform site assessments and submit work orders for repairs Maintains a closed campus by locking gates and staffing the guard shacks. Recommends improvements in security and safety of facilities to the principal or designee. Monitors all non-school personnel and directs them to the office or off the school premises.
