Are you interested in supporting a strategic portfolio within the Shipboard Missiles Sub?Strategic Business Unit that delivers the next generation of technology and capabilities? Do you want to acquire skills and experience in program management role? The Ecosystem Manager will report to the NSMS Development Director and will lead a multi?functional team consisting of Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity, Security, Program Security, Facilities, and Digital Engineering to ensure that the development program teams have the necessary infrastructure and resources to enable program success.
What You Will Do
- Interface with the government program office and multiple suppliers to plan and develop an integrated digital engineering environment.
- Coordinate personnel from Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity, Security, Facilities, and Digital Engineering in the technical execution of scope required to create the program ecosystem and integrated digital environment.
- Lead a multi?functional team of personnel to execute a comprehensive strategy for short and long?term connectivity solutions between geographically separated locations.
- Create and execute a program ecosystem road map for the current contract and for future development and production contracts.
- Use Earned Value principles to manage an estimated $__ Ecosystem budget within cost and schedule performance constraints for the Ecosystem scope of activities.
- Assume responsibilities of Information System Owner for the programs classified networks.
- Communicate strategy and status to Raytheon and government program leadership during Technical Interchange Meetings and reviews.
- Collaborate with customers as the program liaison for Hardware Change Requests (HCRs), Software Change Requests (SCRs), Test Plan approvals, priority clearance approvals, and CONOPs approvals to support program priorities and schedules.
- Use CORE principles and best practices to implement process improvements and increase operational efficiency to accelerate program schedules. Supervise one or more direct reports and provide performance review input to functional supervisors.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience.
- Prior Program/Project management experience.
- Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience or similar program.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Excellent relationship skills with the ability to build positive relationships with technical and business personnel.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading a multi-disciplined, matrixed team.
- Substantial knowledge of Raytheon projects, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- Desire to learn the skills required for a career in Program Management.
- Experience and demonstrated success managing change, building teams in a matrixed organization, developing leaders and mentoring others.
- Ability to focus, evaluate, motivate, and reward the teams, enabling them to achieve desired results.
- Ability to recognize resource constraints and prioritize team effort.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business problems in order to define and develop technology?based solutions.
- An active and in?scope Top?Secret U.S. security clearance.

The salary range for this role is $124,000 $250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
