About The Role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, automate, and scale personalized customer journeys across our portfolio of web and mobile subscription products. You'll own the full retention and revenue recovery strategy building data-driven, automated journeys that maximize customer value and reduce churn.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing combining creativity with analytics to ensure every customer interaction is relevant, timely, and meaningful.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the customer lifecycle strategy across activation, retention, and win-back.
  • Design and implement automated journeys using ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar platforms (Braze, Iterable, etc.).
  • Manage email, in-product, and push notification campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Implement and optimize churn prevention and revenue recovery flows using tools such as Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, or ProsperStack.
  • Partner with Product, MarTech, and Engineering to integrate AI-powered personalization, predictive churn models, and behavior-based triggers.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, holdouts, and multivariate experiments to improve conversion and retention metrics.

Analyze and report on key KPIs including activation, retention, churn, LTV, and reactivation translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
