Acts as a vital liaison between customer care and the local market, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The role involves maximizing installation capacity by managing and assigning project dates effectively. The scheduler is responsible for receiving service calls from both the customer care team and customers, providing accurate updates, and rescheduling projects as needed. They work closely with installation and sales managers to optimize installer efficiency and keep customers informed throughout the process, including liaising with local permit authorities.
