As an unarmed patrol officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine driving patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
• Support site-specific protocols relevant to the aerospace and defense environment, including following procedures for restricted areas and visitor management.
• Participate in training and briefings to stay current with site procedures, emergency protocols and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
