BridgeWater Assisted Living is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the kitchen including all China, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain sanitary conditions of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Tarantino Properties Corporation standards.
* Assist with clean-up work in the Food Service Department, kitchen and dining room.
* Ensures proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing.
* Uses equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
* Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken.
* Reports any equipment irregularities to supervisor.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
