Job Details

SUMMARY
The Activity Helper III is responsible for assisting with the implementation of daily activities and lessons. He/she is responsible for assisting with the supervision and safety of all children.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
One (1) year of childcare experience
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual in English and Spanish

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check required.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization

COMMENTS
Effective: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Location: Vesey Elementary - Irvington & Camino De Oeste Area

2 positions, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
