Are you a strong clinical leader ready to take the next step in your nursing career? Sandstone Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team and support quality care in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
As ADON, you'll partner closely with the Director of Nursing to guide the nursing team, uphold compliance, and ensure residents receive the compassionate care they deserve. We're looking for someone who leads by example, builds strong teams, and has a heart for skilled nursing.
What You'll Do:
Support day-to-day clinical operations and staff development
Monitor resident care and ensure documentation and compliance standards are met
Mentor and support the nursing team to maintain a high standard of care
Participate in audits, QA programs, and survey readiness
Step into leadership in the DON's absence
What We're Looking For:
Active RN license in Arizona
2+ years of Skilled nursing/LTC experience required; leadership experience strongly preferred
A positive, team-focused attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
