You'll gain expertise in operating a range of machinery, including vertical milling machines, lathes, drill presses, circular saws, band saws, grinders, power brakes, belt sanders, and various hand and power tools.

Your Skills & Abilities:
Mechanical Aptitude: If you're passionate about mechanics and have a knack for working with both large and small parts, this is the role for you.
Detail-Oriented: You'll learn to read and interpret assembly prints, ensuring precise measurements and quality craftsmanship.
Strong Communication: Fluent in English, you'll be able to follow written and verbal instructions effectively and communicate seamlessly with team members and supervisors.
Physical Agility: Embrace an active role that involves standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and occasional physical maneuvers. Your ability to adapt and handle up to 75 pounds will be key.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous hands-on experience or training in a production environment is a plus. Experience with hand and machine shop tools is preferred.
Certifications & Licenses: None required.
