Cleaner

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Basic qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, no experience required, and no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and one year of similar work experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, and establishing effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
