Manufacturing Technician Summary The Manufacturing Technician operates and supports production equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role ensures that machines run safely, processes follow defined parameters, and products meet quality standards. Technicians work closely with engineers, operators, and quality teams to maintain stable and efficient production. Responsibilities Requirements Operate production machinery following established work instructions. Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities. Perform equipment setups, loading, and basic adjustments. Conduct visual inspections and in-process quality checks. Record production data accurately in MES or ERP systems. Follow preventive maintenance schedules and assist with minor repairs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area (5S). Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies. Escalate issues promptly to supervisors or engineers. High school diploma or technical certificate (associate degree preferred). 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or equipment-operation role. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and follow technical work instructions or drawings. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes. Comfort working with computers and production documentation systems. Exposure to ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 quality environments. Basic knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles. Familiarity with Git-based or digital documentation systems (Markdown, YAML). Pay Details: $19.00 per week
