What You'll Be Doing:

• Warmly welcoming customers, whether face-to-face or on the phone, & connecting them to our team
• Keeping the calendar on point by setting & managing appointments & office communications
• Handling incoming questions like a pro, keeping customer info up to date
• Researching & explaining billing inquiries
• Assisting with the claims process
• Chatting with potential & current customers
• Delivering top-notch customer service to make sure everyone's happy
• Self-starting on agency tasks to keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred)
• Some experience in receptionist or customer service roles (you know the drill)
• Great communication skills & a genuine knack for connecting with people
• Super organized & able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
• Comfortable pivoting & setting appointments
• Basic tech skills, like Microsoft Office & CRM systems
• Bonus: If you love social media & enjoy engaging online, that's a big plus!
