The Director of Sales, North American AV Sales, is responsible for driving NETGEAR's growth in the Pro AV and Broadcast markets across the U.S. and Canada. This senior leadership role will oversee regional sales strategy, execution, and results. The Director will manage a team of Territory Managers (including Canada and U.S.), work closely with OEM, Distribution, Marketing, and Engineering leaders.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership to expand NETGEAR's footprint in AV over IP solutions and strengthen partnerships across the North American ecosystem.
This is a remote-based role with travel required up to 50% of the time.
