Skills & Experience:

• Proven success managing large-scale IT Asset Management (ITAM) programs or IT operations.
• Experience in program/project management, infrastructure, logistics, or IT business operations.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ServiceNow, Process Automation, AI tools, and Technical Care Services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on execution and attention to detail.

Preferred Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, G Suite, AI tools / ChatGPT

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CHAMP, CAMP, or ITIL are a plus.
