The Outreach and Response Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact in the University of Arizona's Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) for those impacted by and implicated in reported discriminatory conduct or harassment. The Outreach and Response Coordinator will be responsible for the initial review and assessment of reported concerns; providing information about available support, resources, and options; and conducting intake interviews with potential complainants to determine appropriate jurisdiction and explain available accountability processes. The Outreach and Response Coordinator will also review and implement requests for supportive measures, provide case status updates, and coordinate communications among the parties and their advisors, assigned investigator, the hearing officer, the Title IX coordinator, and relevant administrators.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
