Description

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide support and coordination to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role requires advanced knowledge of nonprofit partners, donors, and community partners within the CFB service area. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, coordination skills, and experience managing projects for C-level executives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the CEO's schedule and calendar.
  • Prioritize and coordinate external meetings for the CEO.
  • Assist in streamlining daily, weekly tasks, updates, and communications.
  • Understand the political landscape, key partners, and donors; act as liaison between the CEO and community partners.
  • Coordinate the CEOs outreach activities and follow up to cultivate relationships.
  • Ensure meetings have agendas and maintain records.
  • Track deliverables and ensure completion of tasks for the Leadership Team and CEOs direct reports.
  • Coordinate events and manage projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience supporting senior management and high-level executives with administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in arranging meetings and preparing necessary materials.
  • Understanding of navigating political landscapes to support organizational mission.
  • Ability to coordinate events with vendors and partners.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Analytical skills to set and measure goals.
  • Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and long-range planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently without high-level supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in learning and professional growth.
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least 21 years old with a valid Arizona Drivers License and a safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience volunteering or working at a nonprofit or food bank.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Physical Requirements
  • Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
