Empowering Students to achieve their goals and be workforce ready!

Earn To Learn is a non-profit organization, established in 2013, helps students from low-income background in college graduate with less student debt. It combines student savings with scholarships, financial training, and postsecondary education success coaching to help eligible and under-represented students obtain an education and graduate workforce-ready with little to no student loan debt.

During this program students meet with their mentors once a month for at least an hour to cover a workforce related topic, the topics are given to participants at the beginning of each month to help guide these conversations. We are currently recruiting mentors (volunteers) to support students as they go through the academic year 2025-2026. The application will open June 2nd, and everyone must go through a background check unless they have a current clearance card.
