MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

- Able to handle a variety of physical tasks.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Moderate computer skills including internet research and e-mail experience
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting
- Background in Maintenance or Custodial Work
- Mechanically proficient in a variety of repair areas (Facility, equipment, construction.)
- Must Pass A Background Check
- Position requires driving a company vehicle so you must have a clean valid AZ drivers license for last 5 years.
- No at fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.

- Candidate must have verifiable work experience for 1 year or more within the last 5 years.
- On Call Every Other Weekend (will discuss compensation at interview)

Desired Skills

- Construction experience including drywall repair, basic plumbing/electrical, painting
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues including various equipment
throughout the facility.
- Ability to Use Microsoft Office with Proficiency
- Is able to execute repairs as needed as well as experience hiring skilled labor for certain tasks
- Ability to be stay organized and on task
- An understanding of preventative maintenance
