Are you an experienced security installation professional who is ready to super charge your career? SoundThinking is looking for a Lead Installer to provide our customers with professional installations of our SafePointe product. This individual has exemplary customer service skills, an expert at outdoor low voltage (Cat6) installations, cutting concrete, and racking IT equipment. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive site surveys at customer locations that document physical placement of weapons detection sensors and cameras, PoE wiring, and IT equipment.
• Install weapons detection systems at customer locations. Including anchoring security bollards, installation of security cameras, racking IT equipment, running Cat6 cable, cutting concrete, filling concrete seams, and other such activities.
• Resolve discrepancies and conflicts with plans and personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Document all work using provided tools (MS Office, Monday.com, ServiceMax, etc.)
• Requires loading, unloading, lifting of equipment, some of which are heavy and bulky.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience cutting concrete, running outdoor PoE Cat6 cable.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to operate safely and comply with company and faciality safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Professional facilities/casino management experience highly desirable.

Hybrid Workplace

SoundThinking follows a hybrid schedule for employees who live equal to or less than 50 miles from one of our office locations, which include Fremont, CA, Tucson, AZ, Washington, D.C., or Iselin, NJ. Employees are expected to work onsite 3 days per week – the specific days are dependent on the office location.
