The primary role of the coordinator for the Transfer Student Center (TSC) will be to create programming that actively engages students within the TSC and coordinating the two transfer mentoring programs. This includes assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs that support the transition and retention of incoming and first-year transfer student. This position will also provide direct support to continuing transfer students, create programming specific to the needs of the transfer student population, utilizing best practices in retention efforts of students, and event planning. The person in this position will also supervise the Transfer Center student employees.
