YOUR ROLE: As a Cook, you are part of a team that creates great tasting food with food safety in focus. You will be preparing food in a variety of forms using a unique combination of equipment. 85 North is an All You Care To Eat restaurant where cooks will be making food to order and preparing recipes in bulk. We are located inside the W. A. Franke Honor's College dorm where our main focus is to fuel the Wildcat Community! This position performs cooking and food preparation for 85 North. This position will cook/prep according to recipes and requires knowledge of basic kitchen equipment, knife skills and food safety knowledge.
