Are you passionate about bridging the gap between product development and manufacturing? We're hiring a Technical Transfer Specialist to join a dynamic biotech and diagnostics company known for advancing cancer diagnostics through cutting-edge technologies and innovation.

?? What You'll Do:

As a Technical Transfer Specialist, you'll serve as a key liaison across Development, Operations, and Regulatory teams to ensure the seamless transition of new assays, reagents, and materials into full-scale manufacturing. You'll support project timelines, ensure GMP compliance, and coordinate validation and documentation activities.

??? Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the technical transfer of new diagnostic products into manufacturing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain
• Coordinate and support validation protocols, documentation, and production readiness
• Ensure compliance with GMP and apply lean manufacturing principles
• Monitor timelines, support audits, and maintain meticulous documentation

?? Your Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 0–3 years of relevant industry experience
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and validation in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with SAP and ETQ systems is a plus
