Responsibilities for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON): Uses administrative knowledge and expertise to ensure that clinical processes and systems are followed appropriately according to P&P, company performance and accreditation standards. Use all functions and applications of ADP e. Time and Scheduler relevant to the position with no supervision, ensure that all staff are trained and using the Time Stamp function in accordance with policy and procedure; and collaborate with the HSA to create staffing schedules within the ADP system. Monitor compliance with site-specific policies and procedures and take appropriate corrective action. Ensure compliance with ACA, NCCHC, company policies & procedures. Coordinate, structure, implement, and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility, including direct oversight, leadership, management, guidance, support, and evaluation of clinical performance by the RNs, LPNs, CNAs/ M - As, and EMTs.
