Responsibilities for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON): Uses administrative knowledge and expertise to ensure that clinical processes and systems are followed appropriately according to P&P, company performance and accreditation standards. Use all functions and applications of ADP e. Time and Scheduler relevant to the position with no supervision, ensure that all staff are trained and using the Time Stamp function in accordance with policy and procedure; and collaborate with the HSA to create staffing schedules within the ADP system.
