Remote Document Signer - Please Call 405 ### #### - Tucson, AZ

Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is seeking a Mobile Notary Public to work virtually in the U.S. only.

Job Type:

Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain liaison with state agencies to acquire legal papers, stamps, and seals.
2. Ensure all stamps, seals, and papers are kept securely under lock and key.
3. Interview clients briefly to ensure understanding of document mechanics.
4. Determine the eligibility of documents and clients' intentions through conversation.
5. Verify identification documents such as birth certificates, social security cards, passports, and licenses.
6. Ensure the signer is not coerced into signing.
7. Prepare documents according to content standards.
8. Sign documents and affix stamps and seals to provide approval.
9. Create and maintain records of notarized items for public reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• State notary commission.
• Experience as a Realty Notary is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background check.
• Effective communication and phone skills with an outgoing approach.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements:

Computer, Internet, and a home office setup.

Payment:

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
